Cult of the Lamb for All Consoles

 Cult of the Lamb is a Rougelife-RPG-Cult Building Simulation from the Indie Developers Massive Monster and Published by Devolver Digital. Released for all Consoles on August 11th, 2022.

FUN: This cute but dark game involves you gaining followers by either buying or rescuing them inside randomly generated dungeons and building you cult village while taking care of your new followers. which each new follower, you can customize their looks and names. Inside the dungeons, it's a hack-and-slash random generated dungeon crawler. You go through a series of rooms and pathways to reach the end of the dungeon. you can find helpful items, bad cultist, hostage followers, crafting items, and much more. FUN - 2.

REPLAY: The story is cute enough to replay the game. However the main things that allow playing the other 2 save files is the law system. You can only choose one choice for each law level, thus closing the other choice off that save file. You can choose to be a kind leader or an evil one. As for the story, after you finish it you can continue playing, building your cult, and diving into dungeons. REPLAY - 1.5.

STORY: You are the last lamb in your race. You are getting sacrifice in order to prevent a prophecy from happening. However, Death by the name of The One Who Waits had other plans. Gave you a deal; he will give you his powers to kill the 4 bishops that killed you. You agree. Thus your deal with Death begins. STORY - 2.

DIFFERNCE/ORIGINAL: Cult of the Lamb balances the cult building simulation and rougelike dungeon crawler quite well. Combining games like Honey, I Joined A Cult and Binding of Issac into one works quite well for this game and the cuteness of all the characters along with the random traits each one has adds nice small touches everywhere. How each main Character is written also adds to the Originally of the game. DIFFERNCE/ORIGINAL - 1.5.

DIFFICULY: With 4 different difficulty choices and the fact that after you kill a bishop, his land gets controlled by Watchers and the dungeons difficulty gets boosted a little. There is a difficulty level for every player. Not to mention the difficulty of cult building and dungeon crawling adds some struggle for some players if not go at multitasking. While in the dungeon, all the needs for the cult is somewhat frozen but not the timer for your follower's quests. So very little time rushing while in dungeon is needed. DIFFICULTY - 2.
